Kalipso 'yo ho, yo ho, a pirates life for me' A tall, lean equine cantered into the lands, skull low, orbs clouded. A long tail fanned out behind her, tassles grasping the winds, auds pinned back to her head. Her daggers came upon the soft sand of the lake, and they halted, pulling her up quickly. Neck outstreched, the mare scanned the distances, waiting for something, someone. A long breath took from her nostrils, pillars sweetly venturing into the wamr water beneath.
She stood, belly deep, in the motionless liquids, eyeing a small glow on the other side of the lake. A white stag, whispy and soft, and transparent, glided slowly through the waters towards her. The mares body tensed as the stallion neared her. A slow ring, Kalipso, echoed throughout the terrain, soft but striking. Zanzibar, whispered the mares maw. The two creatures met, the stag nudging her softly, a reuniting of loved ones. She wrapped her nek around his own, trying to preserve this moment for eternity. But as she closed her eyes, a small splash sounded, and when she veiwed the world once more, the brute was gone.
The mare slowly rose on hind pillars, shutting her eyes tight, as a single tear tore down her face.

Dark form moved along the outsides of the tree line. HIs silen auds pricked as the winds brought to him the sent of another. He was just passing through and hadn't been thinking of making any pit stops along the way, but something about this sent called to him, So he shanged his course and headed for it. When he found his source, he found his heart soften, for he sensed the pain and sadness coming from the mare who had drawn him here. The brute was as black as night and moved like lightning. He was called many things but above all, he was called Beau.

The scent of another winded her nostrils, daggers returning to earth. She leaped out of the water, tassels dripping when, clinging to her long neck. She stood on guard, skull low to the ground, auds swiveling to catch any sound coming near her. Fae circled slowly, whipping her frail sides with a long, dampi tail. As the view of the other met her orbs, she tensed. Who was this other, pelt of night, she did not know of him. The mare snothed slightly, stabbing the earth with a hind hoof.

The brute hardened over and snorted back towards her. His daggers stayed earthbound and his darkened voids focused unmoving on the mare. Why was he here?

The fae's auds twisted, she wasn't sure if she should trust this stallion or not. She was easily as tall as him, but much more fine boned than he was. Her small pillars soon gave way, and she was moving steadily towards the brute, skull raising, a small welcome nicker producing in her lungs. She halted, a few feet from the brute, taking in his scent. Hello, m'lord. Sweet, but guarded voalcs rang.

Beau waited until she was in front of him before giving a low nicker of reply to her. Hello, Miss. He spoke gently, normally. Breathing in her sent as it was brought to his nares by the winds.

She eased slowly, relaxing in her stance. A small smirk played upon her maw. So, sir, what brings you here? She asked, calmly, orbs flashing and burning, a small change enhancing in her personality. She gazed at the stallion. Strong, dark, sure of himself. Yes, this one wouldn't be easy... A faint white mist appeared behind the stag, held for a moment, then vanished. Fae blinked to bring herself back to reality.
