The doctor walked back in and saw them all in the hospital bed well I have the test results she said.
Dixie looked up at the doctor and nodded lets here them.

Jake almost laughed as the docter must have been wondering about them all sitting in the bed. He turned serious ,waiting for the results.

I have bad news for one of the fetuses its umbilicol cord has wrapped around its neck and is cutting the baby off from breathing. This pregnancy Dixie is going to be a painful one unless we get the umbilicol cord unwrapped around the babies neck.
Dixie looked shocked she didnt know what to say.

We will have to push on Dixies belly to move the fetus around and unwrap it. This procedure wont feel good and it will most likely leave bruises on the stomach.
Dixie listened still shocked by the news.
