Epona sat at a library table , eyes traveling over the pages of a book about wild horses. Her friend ,Kiari , had been teaching her about them and had even had her meet a couple.

Connie Forensworthy walked in the library, Her waist lentgh blonde waves hung losely at her back. Her blue eyes darted both ways before she made a beeline for the section dedicated to horses. Her fingeres ran across the spines of many thick novels on training before she stopped at one and pulled it out. She placed it under her arm and ran her fingers over more spines before choosing another thick book. She headed over to the chair opposite Epona, she sat down and opened one of the thick novels and began to read.

Epona looked up and smiled before going back to reading her book. She read the book and found many things that were incorrect.

Connie's mouth was set into a firm line as she read through. She shook her head and placed her head in her hand.

Connie moved her eyes from the interesting bookcart in the far corner she had been focusing on while she was thinking. Hey. She replied lightly. Her voice tinted with worry.

Connie let the worry she'd been holding back fill her eyes. It's mt horse. She said. He's been kind of sick. He hurt himself about a week ago and the wound keeps getting worse. So I've been looking in some books my grandmother wrote about injuries.

It's a really large puncture wound. It's not healing properly. I know that much, but I'm trying to find something that's not a drug to heal it up- something nateral. That's why I was looking in my Grandmother's jorunals, because she speacialized in nateural cures. Connie said, she had a thing about vets comeing to look at her horses. It made her feel stupid and helpless to just stand at the sidelines.
