Connie sat on a bunch, still looking through her grandmother's notes. A border Collie on a red lease and collar sat beside her, looking alert.

I brought some stuff. It's a bunch of remedies and herbs and stuff Kiari uses for the horses.Maybe it can help.

Connie set her book to the side while her Collie went forward to sniff the strager's hand. I hope it does. She said. She'd lost too much sleep over this.

Epona patted the dog's head then set down the bag. She pulled out some boks and handed them to Connie.She saw her leather bound notebook in them , which she had forgotton to take out of her bag ,and snatched it quikcl.yNo one was allowed to see inside it......

The dog, Janna, sniffed the girls hand and sneezed in acceptance. Moving out of the way so she could take a seat beside Connie.
Connie looked at the leather book, and was startled by how fast Epona grabbed- it must be speacial to her.

It was speical because it was a wild horse log.It had recordings of seeing wild horses in it , Horse's profiles , the way to get to the herd , stuff abotu foalings , and just general information.Epona had been writing in it since she was fourteen.

Connie had a journal. But it was about her horse's proformance and comformation and other big words like those. She'd had it for about a year, but she wasn't protective over it.

The only reason Epona was protective of it was because she didn't want anyone finding the herd. Plus , the way to find Sayonce , the protacter of mystic springs , was in there too. If someone found Sayonce the mare would kill them.

Not yet. Connie said, flipping throught the book and looking carefully at thenotes. These are very well done, though.
