Connie drove her four wheel drive up the lane way to wards the ranch. Her red double-horse trailer bounced along sightly behind the silver truck. She braked outside of a barn and opened her truck door. A Border Collie and two Beagles jumped out before Connie's boot touched the ground. Connie stepped out and looked around.

Siree heard the car pull up.Her best friend was the owner of the ranch but she was in the hosiptal so she could not be there.Siree had been asked to watch the ranch. If the other ranch owner , Zack , wasn't in the hospital too he would be watching it. Zack had broken his arm , the bone jutting from his skin , and Zara had fallen in a race then gone into a coma.

Connie opened the trailer door to check up on her horse. The black and white Dutch Warmblood stallion stuck his large head out the door and nickered.

She smiled. You should be.She said. If your gonna board him here don't worry about paying , have to wait a little while until the owners come back. I honestly am the worst at managing money so board fees are on hold for a bit.

Alright. Thank you. Connie said, backing the stallion out of the trailer. She removed his shipping boots and re-bandged his wound on his back left hock. She found an empty pasture and turned him lose. The stallion did a thourgh search of the paddock and give a small rear.
