Celtians were always extremly beautiful , had a second form , have very large lungs , and a few powers such as throwing fireballs and making things disapear. While Time Lords , as the name suggested , could control time.

She walked out , into the night. Ah yes , now she could cahnge.Now she was away from everyboady's sight , hidden in the darkness.Her skin tone changed from olive to pale whitish hue.Her hair color changed from brunette and blonde to long and black.And last of all her eyes went from hazel to deep crimson. A small pair of bat wings jutted from her spine and she smirked.It was good to be herself again....
